This is a straight-ahead yardage workout. Not much finesse, but a lot of stroke yards done moderately hard. One thing I really like about this workout is that it does stroke work by 75s rather than by 100s. Since that's the case, you can really work on keeping your technique crisp and your turns nice and strong.

 

Warm Up: 200 Swim; 200 Kick; 200 Pull

Only the true heros of swimming managed to show up on this dark and stormy night. This had a little bit of everything, and left us pretty tired (and heroic) when we finally completed it.

This workout looks fairly easy, but ended up being hard, especially at the beginning of the season.
