Hi, Everybody:

Every Summer, our hours at the Ag School Pool change. I was told last Monday that our news times wouldn't change until next week, but last night the new times kicked in.

Due to budget cuts, the pool hours have been severely curtailed. As of last night, our summer hours are:

Mon, Wed, Friday 7-8 PM
Sunday: 11-12 PM.

This is a big, big change from previous years, and some of our members were very surprised to find that no hours are officially listed on the pool schedule for the Masters Program. (This is really surprising considering that we are one of the only consistent revenue sources for the Ag School Pool.) Instead, we were told that we will be given lanes, but that we have to share them with people who want to use them--something we try to do anyway.

If I felt like complaining about this would change anything, I'd say so, but I think there's very little we can do. I'm sure this is a move by the administration to try to get the most use out of the pool in the shortest amount of hours. So, I guess we'll have to do our best to share the lanes between the first and second workout groups.
